Customer  Coach – Sales Shark (PT/BR Speaker)

We are looking for a positive and motivated person to show hostel/hotel managers/owners how our software will make their lives easier!

Who are we?

FrontDesk Master is an all-in-one property management system for hostels and hotels. We are a small but growing team, based in NDG, and with team-members in Portugal, Brazil, and Poland, too.  

What you will be doing?

• You will be calling & emailing people who have signed up for a free trial of our PMS.
• You will be scheduling & performing online presentations, to hostel/hotel owners all over the world.
• You will be working hand in hand with potential customers to make sure they understand how our system solves their problems and helps their organizations.
• You will be helping potential customers set up our system online.
• On occasion, you may travel either to properties or local tradeshows to make people love you (and us) even more.

Here’s what you need to succeed:

• #1 – Must be driven to make sales!
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Perfectly fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese
• Must have laptop
• Positive, friendly and persuasive
• Very comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong presentation skills
• Seeking long-term position
• Hostel/Hotel experience is also a plus (staff or managerial)
