It all started in 2007, at the Stranger Hostel in the historic city of Krakow. Owner Kevin Marzec saw a need for a property management system specifically for hostels. Two years later, et voilà! HostelPower was born. Word spread and soon the dynamic software was serving not only Stranger Hostel, but also its friends in the hospitality industry.

Fast forward to 2011, when Kevin teamed up with Mateusz Sznir, a fellow hostel owner. Together, they rebranded and revitalized to reach a wider audience with HostelSystem.

A couple years of feedback and feature requests later, the team introduced FrontDesk Master. This powerful cloud-based PMS includes a built-in channel manager and flexible booking engine.
